We're looking for you! Become a Junior Social Ads Manager (m/f/d) in the adseed universe starting July 1, 2026, or as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Social Ads strategies and campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok, from goal definition to evaluation.
• Creatively conceptualize new campaign ideas and various testing approaches.
• Analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns and develop optimization approaches and strategic recommendations for our clients, in collaboration with the team.
• Process inquiries and create proposals.
• Support budget planning and forecasting.
• Monitor trends and write posts for our news blog.
• Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for all common social media channels.
• Experience working within a Social Ad Account, understanding the basic structure of ad accounts.
• Ability to independently set up campaigns and initial experience managing them.
• Knowledge of the most common KPIs.
• Basic interest in topics like visual language.
• Affinity for numbers, ideally basic knowledge in statistics.
• Service-oriented approach to client interactions.
• Enjoy working in a team but can also work independently and structured.
• Bring curiosity and initiative.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
• Good English language skills.
