Your Responsibilities:

Identification and Qualification of New Business Opportunities:

  • Research potential new clients, analyze target markets, and identify promising leads.
  • Lay the foundation for successful sales conversations through structured qualification.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

  • Analyze competitors to ensure our agency maintains a competitive edge.

Support in Sales & Project Work:

  • Contribute to the team's success by working on additional tasks and projects within sales.

CRM Maintenance & Data Management:

  • Update and maintain CRM data to support the sales team's efficiency.

Idea Development & Business Development:

  • Contribute creative ideas to enrich and advance our business development projects.

Your Qualifications:

Sales Experience & Cold Calling Success:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly with successful cold calling.

Industry Experience (Advertising / Retail):

  • Preferred background working with the advertising and/or retail industry.

Analytical Research Skills:

  • Ability to conduct thorough and structured research.

High Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation:

  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit to achieve and exceed goals.

Language Proficiency:

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
