  • Develop and independently implement our SEO strategy across technical, structural, and content aspects.

  • Oversee the continuous development of all fino data services GmbH websites, products, and future brands.
  • Define website structures, content, functionalities, and user journeys, collaborating closely with development, marketing, and other teams.
  • Manage our AI-powered content process, ensuring content meets search intent and quality standards.
  • Enhance existing tracking and analysis concepts, ensuring a robust data foundation.
  • Identify optimization potential, prioritize measures, and implement them consistently, measuring success against clear KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successfully building rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
  • Understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and search intent.
  • Experience in conversion optimization with demonstrable results in lead or revenue generation.
  • Experience managing websites or web projects and steering their strategic and operational development.
  • Proficient with web analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, event/conversion tracking).
  • Ability to interpret data, recognize patterns, and derive concrete recommendations.
  • Strong sense for high-quality content that appeals to both users and search engines.
  • Independent, structured work style with a clear focus on results and strong execution capabilities.
  • Must reside and work in Germany.
