About the Position

JÜRGEN TAUSCH Recruitment • Coaching is partnering with a client, a mechanical engineering company in Dresden, to fill the position of Process Manager for Organizational Development (m/f/d). This role is crucial for bringing structure to complex workflows and ensuring that effective processes are implemented and function successfully in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement business processes within the company.
• Moderate and consult on process development and modeling.
• Establish efficient, transparent, and sustainable process structures.
• Develop methods, guidelines, templates, and training materials for process management.
• Conduct training on process management methods and associated tools.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and interface departments.
• Manage and track process change initiatives.
• Support audits and verify process-compliant working according to ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Organization, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in process management and organizational development within the SME or industrial sector.
• Proficient in methods of process analysis, process modeling, and process optimization.
• Experience with BPM software or comparable process management tools.
• Knowledge of quality management, audits, and relevant DIN standards.
• Ability to grasp, visualize, and communicate complex processes in a structured and understandable manner.
• Moderation and consulting skills for interacting with diverse specialist areas.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Experience in parallel management of multiple topics or projects is advantageous.
• German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B1 level.
