Your Responsibilities

• Lead an established, sustainably profitable business with annual revenues between €1 and €10 million, typically managing 12 to 40 employees.
• Foster and strengthen a company culture of enthusiasm and change through dedicated and empathetic leadership.
• Take full responsibility for the company's results, focusing on P&L and cash flow.
• Implement necessary modernization with our support, such as introducing improved systems and processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and/or suppliers, building and expanding crucial relationships.
• Act as an advocate for employee ownership: like you, all employees will receive real shares in the company that grow in value annually, facilitating your start and ensuring motivated team members through transparent communication.
• Collaborate closely with our Operations Team, especially during the initial phase of change.
• Enjoy creative freedom in growing and transforming the company, ensuring all employees are brought along on the journey.

Your Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience managing at least 5 employees, with a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Negotiation-level German language skills.
• Experience in business management or financial responsibility is a plus.
• Industry experience or state-recognized certifications are each a plus.
