Your Responsibilities

• Initiate first contact with customers regarding workshop appointments and their specific needs.
• Coordinate workshop capacities and manage the appointment scheduling system.
• Ensure customer mobility throughout their service experience.
• Handle telephone inquiries, manage the cash register, and process payments.
• Generate and explain invoices to customers.
• Manage the handover and return of rental vehicles.
• Provide dedicated support for the Honda, SEAT Service, and CUPRA Service brands.

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally with several years of experience in a car dealership.
• Professional and confident demeanor.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Structured and systematic approach to work.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills.
