Role: Working Student Recruiting & Human Resources (m/f/d)

• Location: Magdeburg
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Hours: Up to 20 hours/week

Your Mission

You will support our HR team, particularly in recruiting, ensuring candidates have a positive experience from their first contact to their successful entry. You will also contribute to administrative HR processes and exciting projects related to personnel and organization.

Key Tasks:

• Support in recruiting – from job postings to interview coordination and candidate accompaniment.
• Applicant management and communication with candidates.
• Assistance with active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and Instaffo.
• Creation and management of employment references.
• Support in onboarding new colleagues.
• Maintenance of personnel data and HR documents.
• Participation in HR projects (e.g., Employer Branding, Talent Development, Process Optimization).
• Support at recruiting events, career fairs, and internal events.

What You Bring

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in recruiting, HR topics, and the modern world of work.
• Interest in social media, active sourcing, and current recruiting trends.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Affinity for digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Structured and meticulous work approach.
• Discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive data.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
