About the Role

We are looking for a detail-focused, well-organised, and attentive Finance Assistant to support our customer and interpreter finance processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department.

Responsibilities

  • Customer invoicing
  • Monthly reporting
  • Credit control
  • Month-end journal support
  • Supplier payment runs
  • General support to ensure the running of the finance department

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • AAT qualifications or suitable prior finance experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of IT and Windows-based applications
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Proactive
  • Well organised
  • Driven
