About the Role
As a Technical Leader, you will guide a team of senior full-stack developers, coordinate technical execution across projects, and contribute to the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance applications. You will be instrumental in defining and implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, while mentoring team members and fostering engineering excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of senior full-stack developers and coordinate technical execution across projects.
- Build scalable full-stack features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
- Utilize Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows and productivity.
- Architect systems, design database schemas, and optimize performance-critical queries.
- Integrate and manage third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, music platforms, SaaS services).
- Develop advanced admin dashboards, internal tools, and complex user interfaces.
- Own projects end-to-end ā from requirements and architecture to deployment and optimization.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor developers, review code, and drive engineering excellence across the team.
Requirements
- Proven track record of playing a key role in building and shipping IT products or applications.
- Demonstrated experience leading developers and managing development processes.
- Strong hands-on expertise across modern full-stack technologies and cloud architectures.
- Deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Experience integrating external APIs and third-party platforms into production systems.
- Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with async collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and product-focused thinking.
