Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• You will conceptualize, develop, and implement web-based applications for our client projects in the e-business / e-commerce sector.
• Within shop development, you will:
• Consider the customer journey and UI/UX.
• Develop ideas for conversion rate optimization.
• Analyze drop-off rates.
• Improve Core Web Vitals.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Ownership: We need engaged individuals who actively shape and advance our team and culture through innovation.
• Multilingual: Fluent in German and English, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge).
• Professional / Ambitious: Ideally, you already have experience and know-how in e-commerce and shop platforms like Shopware, or other content management systems.
• If not, no problem! Your interest in continuous development – both personal and within the team – is paramount.
