About the Role

This position involves general support and comprehensive management of assigned securitisation trust portfolios. You will be responsible for critical financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support and assistance for trust management activities.
• Assume full responsibility for managing an assigned portfolio of trusts.
• Populate and reconcile trust cash reconciliations.
• Manage trust funding subscription processes.
• Oversee trust month-end processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with servicers/originators.
• Execute cashflow distribution waterfall calculations.
• Instruct trustees to make required payments.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Contribute to financial model maintenance and development, with support from ongoing training and mentoring.

Desired Experience & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in structured financial markets.
• Minimum of 1 year of securitisation trust management experience.
• General experience in financial SPV or trust management/administration.
• Experience with complex transactions/projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• General understanding of legal documentation, particularly operative commercial provisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Cashflow modelling skills are helpful but not essential.
