Your Responsibilities

  • Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, XING, and other digital channels to identify suitable specialists and managers.
  • Initial contact and pre-qualification of candidates through telephone and written communication.
  • Conducting structured interviews to assess motivation, willingness to change, and professional fit.
  • Managing the entire recruiting process from search to contract signing.
  • Advising our B2B clients on candidate profiles, market feedback, and process speed.
  • Building and maintaining talent pools, networks, and long-term candidate relationships.

Your Profile

  • Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, sales, account management, customer service, or personnel consulting, alternatively motivated career changers (m/f/d).
  • A background as a Recruiter (m/f/d), Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), Personnel Consultant (m/f/d), Sales Representative (m/f/d), Customer Advisor (m/f/d), Store Manager (m/f/d), or from the hotel, gastronomy, and insurance industries is particularly suitable.
  • Strong communication skills, reliable demeanor, and absolute enjoyment of telephone and digital outreach.
  • Hunger for success, closing ability, and self-motivation – You want to achieve something and have a very good feel for people and situations.
  • Very good German language skills in written and spoken form for communication with candidates and decision-makers.
