AI Consultant (m/w/d)

We are seeking a passionate AI enthusiast to join our team and drive the development and implementation of intelligent AI systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on developing cutting-edge AI solutions and wants to contribute to transforming the German Mittelstand (SMEs) through technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Technology Consulting: Analyze existing systems and architectures to unlock the full potential of AI technologies.
• Development & Prototyping: Build prototypes, Proofs of Concepts (PoCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), actively coding solutions.
• System Lifecycle Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of AI systems, including end-to-end project lifecycle responsibility and independent troubleshooting.
• Client Engagement & Sales: Present technical concepts to clients, translate them into code, and develop tailored proposals for AI solutions.
• Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on broader AI topics such as AI governance, digital transformation, organizational culture, and skill development.

Your Profile

• Hands-on Mentality: You prioritize building functional tools and delivering real solutions over creating presentations.
• Education: Completed degree in IT, Business Informatics, STEM, or a comparable qualification.
• Technical Expertise: Proven programming experience, strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, cloud infrastructure, system architecture, APIs, and server management.
• Dual Capability: Ability to engage strategically with business decision-makers and also hands-on debug and develop code.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, with a strong hands-on approach and a high commitment to performance.
• Languages: Excellent command of German and English.
