About the Role

Spotify is seeking an Executive Protection Specialist to join their team in Stockholm. You will become a trusted partner to Spotify's leadership team, ensuring their safety and security during daily activities, events, and travel.

What You'll Do

• Executive Protection: Safeguard Spotify's senior leaders during daily activities, events, domestic, and international travel.
• Operational Planning: Plan and execute executive protection operations in partnership with Executive Assistants, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct ongoing risk assessments, threat analysis, and security planning to support informed decision-making.
• Protective Measures: Coordinate and implement protective measures across various environments and locations.
• Broader Support: Assist with broader Business Protection operations and initiatives globally as needed.
• Security Management: Manage and maintain personnel and technical security solutions in Sweden and internationally.
• Program Contribution: Contribute to strategic and operational projects within the Executive Protection program.
• Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Who You Are

• Experience: Operational experience in executive protection, close protection, law enforcement, military, or related security fields.
• Risk Management: Ability to assess risk, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
• Operational Planning: Experience planning and executing security operations for travel, events, and high-profile individuals.
• Security Knowledge: Deep understanding of personal security principles, threat management, and protective operations.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working discreetly and adapting approach based on the situation.
• Communication: Clear and confident communication in English; comfortable working across cultures and international environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with security-related technology, communication tools, and operational systems.
• Service Orientation: Committed to building trust, maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional service.
• Flexibility: Flexible approach to work, comfortable with frequent international travel and changing priorities.
