Senior Project Manager (x/f/m)

As a Senior Project Manager at Doctolib, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our digital health solutions for clients, ranging from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. You will be the core of every project, acting as a consultant, application specialist, change manager, and project manager all in one. Within your first few months, you will independently lead projects, guide clients through the entire onboarding process, and contribute significantly to the digitalization of healthcare in Germany.

Your Tasks

• Take ownership of projects post-handover from the Sales Manager, managing the planning, coordination, and execution of the entire deployment process at the client's site.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project implementation and act as the internal liaison between Marketing, Tech, and other teams.
• Conduct inventory and analysis phases, build the client organization within Doctolib, and coordinate data export and import.
• Train client staff (Key Users & End Users) and support the Go-Live, whether on-site, remotely, or hybrid.
• Continuously document project progress (e.g., in Asana) and formally hand over the project to the Performance Team post-completion (D+30).

• Extensive experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in a B2B or software environment.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in acting as the main point of contact for various stakeholders.
• A structured, self-reliant work approach and a high degree of solution orientation.
• Willingness to travel for on-site appointments with clients in the greater Hanover area and beyond.
• Very good German and good English language skills.

We are particularly interested in:

• Experience in change management or the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce).
• Enthusiasm for digital products and the healthcare industry.

• Technical interview including a case study.
• Interview with the team / Hiring Manager.

• Contract Type: Permanent employment (unlimited).
