About the Role

As a Senior D365 Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing one or more large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation projects. These projects typically range from 3-16 months and involve multidisciplinary teams. You will be supported by a strong team of architects and developers but will need to bring your expertise in project management, business process optimization, and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role requires a driven, proactive, creative, and assertive individual to ensure the successful execution of strategic client investments. Occasional support in sales, marketing, and administrative activities may also be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-risk, high-complexity ERP and/or CRM projects.
  • Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project.
  • Collaborate with resource management to ensure adequate project resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.
  • Drive project decisions and recommendations to management regarding schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project deliverables, scope, and expectations.
  • Proactively communicate project status to executives, management, and stakeholders through reports, briefings, and daily communication.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with technical project team members.
  • Employ project management best practices aligned with PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards.
  • Provide leadership on project management processes and best practices to team members.
  • Directly manage project budgets and provide predictive financial analysis for accurate status reporting.
  • Coordinate customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and provide project forecasting models.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM is a plus).
  • Experience with IT implementation methodologies across all phases (Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, Operation).
  • Understanding of complete solutions within an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy.
  • Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
  • Ability to allocate resources correctly to each project phase and monitor their performance.
  • Consensus-driven management style supporting a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft SureStep certified.
  • PMI certified.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Six Sigma certification or training.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $205,000
  • Supplemental Compensation: Bonus structure (SCP)

Location

Remote with US travel up to 50%.
