What We Need

We are seeking a proven Account Executive to expand Yieldmo's presence within the Publicis Chicago/Detroit portfolio and with brand advertisers, consistently achieving regional revenue goals. This role involves leveraging existing relationships, cultivating new partnerships, and effectively communicating Yieldmo's differentiated value to key decision-makers. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals. You will also play a key role in shaping vertical strategies and providing market insights that inform our future growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with agency and brand partners in the region.
  • Prospect new accounts and develop a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
  • Respond to RFPs with compelling solutions that highlight Yieldmo’s impact.
  • Accurately forecast and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue commitments.
  • Negotiate pricing, develop proposals, and close deals with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Lead vertical-specific initiatives, including prospecting, packaging, and product feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management to ensure client retention and expansion.
  • Provide client and market insights to guide Yieldmo’s product and sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of advertising technology client-facing experience with agencies and brand advertisers, specifically within the Publicis Chicago/Detroit markets.
  • Extensive experience managing global strategic accounts, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate marketer needs into innovative adtech solutions.
  • Confidence across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, and contract negotiation.
  • A proven ability to consistently exceed goals while balancing independent drive with team collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, mobile advertising, and consumer behavior.

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to a 30-minute screening call with Talent Acquisition. The process typically includes a video interview with the Hiring Manager, a remote on-site interview round with various team members and leadership, followed by an offer for successful candidates.
