Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

  • NGO Management: You will communicate with non-profit organizations, support them with registration, and maintain contact.
  • First-Line Support: As part of our community team, you will be the point of contact for questions from our "givers" and help them implement their projects digitally.
  • Build & Structure: You will assist us in building and maintaining our new ticketing system and ensure that inquiries are resolved efficiently.
  • Knowledge Management: You will help create and update our help center so our community can find answers to their questions at any time.

  • Strong Communication Skills: You have a knack for the right tone – whether on the phone or via email.
