About the Role

Samsara is a robust player in a volatile market, boasting $1.9B ARR and serving essential industries. This position is designed for high performers eager to accelerate their careers, managing deal cycles from €10k to €300k. You'll sell a complex suite of over 15 products to diverse personas, including MDs and Finance Directors. While the role is remote within Germany, client visits are required approximately fortnightly.

What You Will Do

  • Own Your Destiny: Act as a revenue leader, responsible for 80-90% net-new logo acquisition through self-sourced pipeline.
  • Get In Early: Capitalize on the high-achieving DACH Mid-Market segment and build something significant.
  • Sharpen Your Edge: Access elite enablement, including Command the Message and MEDDPICC coaching, to enhance closing skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 18 months in a full-cycle, outbound-heavy SaaS closing role with a proven history of building pipeline from scratch.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a competitive, complex environment.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles and technical POCs.
  • Native German language proficiency.
