Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Accurately review, code, and process incoming invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies. Verify invoice details (prices, quantities, payment terms).
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain positive vendor relationships, promptly addressing payment queries and resolving discrepancies.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment batches, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Record Keeping: Properly file and archive financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Month-end Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Team Collaboration: Work with procurement and finance departments to ensure smooth payment processes. Assist with processing employee expense reimbursement reports and approvals.
- Banking Verifications: Perform banking verifications to validate supplier payment details.
- PO Process Management: Manage exceptions to the Purchase Order process and associated payment processing.
- ERP System Tasks: Create journal entries and perform account reconciliations within the NetSuite ERP system.
Success Profile
- 4-5 years of accounting experience.
- Understanding of accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Viewpoint Vista, Sage Intacct, Coupa).
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Professionalism, dependability, commitment, and integrity.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective corporate communications skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
The final compensation package will be determined during the interview process based on factors such as geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training. Eligible roles may receive commission or other variable compensation.

US National Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
