🎯 The Opportunity: Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise)

Everlaw is seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients in the AmLaw 200 domain. You will focus on understanding client needs and demonstrating how Everlaw's SaaS platform can help them achieve their litigation and discovery goals. This role involves managing both existing customers and new prospects, making a significant impact on the industry.

💡 In Your Role, You Will:

  • Engage with Senior Level legal professionals to understand their ediscovery, content management, and collaboration needs.
  • Lead sophisticated sales cycles from qualification and demo to close, employing strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Directors to expand product knowledge and build a robust pipeline.
  • Demonstrate Everlaw's technology to subject matter experts and manage firm-wide opportunities.
  • Develop and present insights on pipeline status and target objectives to Sales Directors and the VP of Sales.
  • Benefit from continuous growth and training provided by our Sales Enablement Team.
  • Contribute to team growth and success through continuous process improvement, working towards achieving your quota.

🌟 About You:

  • Proven track record of success selling SaaS platforms into net-new enterprise accounts, with consistent quota overachievement (e.g., $1.3M+ ARR).
  • At least 7 years of successful quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales, with a strong ability to hunt and build your own pipeline.
  • Experience navigating complex business sales processes.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals and set high personal standards.
  • Available to travel throughout the United States to meet with clients and team members.
  • Skilled in creating needs analysis content and presenting to Senior Leadership.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptive environment, taking initiative to resolve challenges.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; Everlaw does not sponsor visas.

✨ Plus Points:

  • 3+ years of experience selling for a Managed Service Provider in the legal tech space.
  • 3+ years of experience selling in the ediscovery space.

🏢 Location & Work Schedule:

  • Preferably based in our Oakland, CA or New York City office.
  • Remote/region-based candidates in cities with a significant AmLaw presence will also be considered.
  • Office-based employees are eligible for a hybrid work schedule (in-office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote: Tuesday, Friday).

💰 Compensation:

  • Annual Base Salary: $175,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000 (variable component is performance-based).
