What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and communication strategies.
• Facilitating client and stakeholder meetings effectively.
• Ensuring projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with scope.
• Proactively managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinating internal resources, external vendors, and delivery teams.
• Forecasting workloads and contributing to optimal resource allocation.
• Managing milestone billing and providing regular project reports.
• Monitoring project health and escalating critical issues as needed.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery maturity.
• Leveraging AI and automation tools to boost efficiency and improve client results.
• Contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

• Demonstrated experience in managing technology or infrastructure projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder and client management capabilities.

• Commercial acumen and sound decision-making skills.
• Experience in an MSP, IT services, or consulting environment is highly valued.
