Excellent German language skills (C1+) are required, as training, team communication, and the perspective towards IHK certification are conducted entirely in German.

Your Responsibilities

Initial Phase (First Weeks):

• Appointment Setting: Schedule client appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
• Process Learning: Master conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.
• Performance Optimization: Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

Further Development:

• Analysis & Preparation: Assist in analyzing client situations and prepare advisory documents in a structured manner.
• Client Interaction: Accompany client meetings (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
• Documentation & Organization: Maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of your task packages.
