About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, international setting. You will support a broad range of HR activities, including document management, recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee engagement.
What You Will Do
- Assist with maintaining, organizing, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (document preparation, fingerprint collection, office tours).
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and office events.
- Design internal communication materials (event posters, welcome cards, announcements).
- Help with recruitment activities (candidate sourcing, interview scheduling).
- Provide general HR and administrative support (scanning, filing, pantry, vendor coordination).
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Undertake other assigned duties.
What We Need
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
