About the Role
As a Global Treasury Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our global cash returns, managing currency holdings, and mitigating bank credit risk. You will forecast liquidity requirements, model free cash flow under various business scenarios, and ensure optimal returns on cash. This senior role involves interacting with executives, finance, accounting, legal, and external advisors, and may also assist with equity plan administration. We are looking for innovative ways to invest for the future while limiting volatility and surprises, and this specialist role is key to that mission. You will report directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, forecast, and manage global cash positions and liquidity across multiple currencies and entities.
- Forecast various business scenarios to optimize yield and operating efficiency.
- Recommend strategies for managing foreign currency exposure and risk.
- Manage bank credit risk, transaction execution, and relationships.
- Ensure appropriate controls for cash and investment strategies.
- Identify process and system improvements for cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and present treasury reports, documents, and proposed strategies to management.
- Collaborate with accounting on inter-company transactions and balances.
- Lead technology implementations, including a treasury management system.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, FBAR, FATCA, and related regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional academic record (high school and university).
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or another quantitative field.
- CTP, CFA, or equivalent certification in Treasury or Analysis.
- Relevant professional experience in a global treasury function.
- A passion for technology and a drive to work with motivated colleagues.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
- Thoughtfulness and self-motivation.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- A track record of exceeding expectations.
- Ability to travel twice a year for company events (up to two weeks).
