The Role
Our customers build the frontier of AI on top of Nebius, training state-of-the-art models and running production inference at scale. We are building the AI cloud that the people building the frontier of AI choose deliberately. To achieve this, we are expanding the AI Compute Platform product team and hiring multiple Technical Product Managers. Your scope will be defined by your strengths, matching your technical depth, customer experience, and product instincts to the area of the platform where you can have the most impact. If you want to help build the best AI cloud in the world and have the technical depth to engage engineering leaders as a peer and the comfort to talk to customers directly, this team is for you.
The Platform You'll Help Build:
- Hardware Platforms & Launch: Bringing new GPU and CPU platforms to production.
- Cluster Lifecycle & Fleet Operations: Managing large-scale GPU cluster bring-up and operational efficiency.
- Reliability & Mission Control: Ensuring platform stability and customer trust at scale.
- Customer Experience & Developer Surface: Designing intuitive APIs, consoles, and CLIs.
- GPU & InfiniBand Foundational Services: Developing the core infrastructure layers.
- Managed Runtime Platforms: Powering training and inference with Kubernetes and Slurm.
- Platform Integrations & Emerging Workloads: Supporting new AI applications and business surfaces.
- Cross-Platform Program & Delivery: Managing key partnerships and releases.
You will own one of these slices end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own end-to-end product responsibility: strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, adoption, and customer/platform outcomes.
- Design and own platform contracts (APIs, semantics, events) with hyperscaler quality.
- Drive cross-team execution across engineering, networking, storage, SRE, support, and product design.
- Translate customer pain into product commitments through structured discovery and ensure feedback loops prevent recurring issues.
- Engage engineering as a technical peer, debating designs and system trade-offs.
- Define and own success metrics based on measurable customer and platform impact.
- Act as the product voice for customer-facing teams, making product decisions for system behaviors and API contracts.
We Expect You To Have:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Platform PM, Infrastructure PM, or SRE/Engineering Lead with strong product instincts.
- Strong technical foundation and cloud infrastructure depth; ability to engage engineering leaders as a peer.
- Experience with cloud, GPU, or HPC infrastructure (building or operating at scale).
- Track record of shipping technically complex platform products with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building data-informed roadmaps.
- Experience leading discovery-heavy work and translating insights into shipped products.
- Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
- High ownership, bias to ship, comfort with operational reality, and the instinct to push back when quality would suffer.
Added Bonus:
- Customer-facing experience with frontier AI customers.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, or HPC environments and ML training workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ML training and inference workflows.
- Experience as a customer of AI cloud infrastructure.
- Direct experience with NVIDIA hardware and software stacks.
- Familiarity with InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics and large-scale GPU clusters.
- Background in Kubernetes or Slurm lifecycle management, or data center launches.
- Exposure to hyperscaler-quality console/CLI/API design and observability products.
- Background in SRE, reliability engineering, or fault-tolerant systems.
- Familiarity with emerging workloads (RL, agentic) and cloud integrations.
