Responsibilities
You will be our second Customer Success Manager and will work directly with Michi, with whom you will jointly manage parts of the current customer base and further build the structures in Customer Success.
You will take over a customer portfolio under your own responsibility, with direct customer contact at the decision-maker level and the space to shape things independently β as well as direct impact on our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Introduction: You will guide new customers through the onboarding phase with project planning, training, and consulting, aiming to quickly get users, typically from administration, actively using the product.
- Customer Relationships & Renewals: You will build strategic relationships with your accounts, primarily working with managing directors and purchasing managers of medium-sized construction companies. You will identify risks early, proactively engage in discussions, and independently negotiate contract renewals.
- Compliance & Process Consulting: You will understand our product in depth and can help customers concretely improve their subcontractor compliance processes. You will become an expert on a topic that is gaining increasing relevance in the industry!
- Product & Processes: You are the voice of our customers within the team. Your feedback directly shapes our product. Furthermore, you will independently work on internal improvements of our processes and react to changing requirements in our rapidly growing environment.
Qualifications
Must-have:
- 1β3 years of experience in a CSM, Account Management, or consulting-adjacent role in a B2B environment.
- You have already conducted customer appointments independently and know how to engage decision-makers and users.
- Proactive work style and the ability to take initiative independently.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent German at native speaker level.
Nice to have:
- Experience with contract renewals.
- Exposure to the construction industry, the German Mittelstand, or compliance topics.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
