Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Develop business cases, including financing structures for factory construction.
• Manage applications for new subsidies and oversee existing mid to high six-figure subsidies, coordinating with consultants.
• Maintain budget planning and the financial model.
• Serve as the liaison with tax advisors and manage intercompany billing.
• Support investor reporting and fundraising efforts.
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and budget control across teams.
• Create business plans, financial spreadsheets, presentations, and written reports.

Operations

• Establish, manage, and optimize logistics from production to customer delivery.
• Consolidate data from orders, production, and finance, with a view to implementing an ERP system.
• Manage raw material purchasing processes.
• Develop dashboards for KPIs, company targets, and operational statuses.

General

• Translate strategic ideas into actionable operational plans and support their successful execution.
• Support leadership routines and company-wide updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of prior work experience, preferably in high-performance environments such as consulting, VC-backed startup finance, or operational roles.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
