Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Assume the Product Owner role for Outcome Initiatives and within our Run & Ops Lane.
• Translate customer and business objectives into clear, measurable outcomes, moving beyond simple feature lists.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog based on customer value, risk, and urgency.
• Oversee the Run & Ops backlog (bugs, technical improvements, minor requests, support escalations) ensuring a smooth flow between operations and initiatives.
• Write clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Management) and act as a close interface with the development team.
• Incorporate customer feedback and usage data into product decisions.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ideally, experience with outcome-oriented product development, including hypotheses and success metrics.
• Strong customer centricity and excellent prioritization skills.
• Data affinity: Ability to make decisions based on metrics and usage data.
• Ideally, experience with Kanban or flow-based agile working methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in the relevant domain (Public Sector / Procurement, Sales, or B2B Data Intelligence).
