Your Mission

You will take on the technical responsibility for our AI systems and automation processes. Your goal is to develop high-performance solutions, optimize existing models, and continuously improve processes through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Engineering & Model Optimization

• Develop and optimize AI workflows and agent systems.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and improve AI models.
• Build and advance LLM-based applications.
• Develop intelligent automations for internal and external processes.
• Integrate APIs, data sources, and AI services.

Process & System Optimization

• Analyze existing business processes.
• Identify and implement automation potentials.
• Develop scalable systems and workflows.
• Optimize performance, quality, and costs.
• Build robust AI infrastructures.

Strategy & Leadership

• Assume technical responsibility for AI development.
• Collaborate closely with management and product teams.
• Define the technical roadmap.
• Select and introduce new technologies and AI tools.
• Establish best practices for AI development and automation.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Several years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI.
• Excellent Python skills.
• Experience with APIs and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, or Zapier).
• Experience in process and system optimization.
• Understanding of modern software architectures and data pipelines.
• Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
