About the Role

As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the operational management and continuous development of our software product Boardwise in an agile environment. You will act as the central interface between business, stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring that requirements translate into concrete, implementable, and value-generating product increments. You will actively drive the integration of AI technologies, particularly within the Microsoft environment, and translate strategic goals into prioritized backlog items and tangible results.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the Product Backlog (maintenance, prioritization, refinement)
• Translation of requirements from business units and stakeholders into clear User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensuring a continuous flow of value in a Kanban or agile work environment
• Close collaboration with development teams, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., M365, Azure)
• Active management and moderation of stakeholders at various company levels
• Support in defining and developing the product vision and roadmap
• Integration and further development of AI-based functions in the product (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based features)
• Collaboration with UX, Data, and Engineering for continuous improvement of the user experience
• Ensuring quality, usability, and business impact of implemented features

Your Profile

• Location in Germany
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role in the software environment
• Working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or comparable) is a matter of course for you
• Experience in managing and prioritizing backlogs
• Know-how in the Microsoft environment (M365, Azure, Microsoft-based application development)
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, technically implementable work packages
• Experience in stakeholder management, including a confident demeanor at management or board level
• Very good communication skills and stakeholder management in German (C2) and English
