About Us
We are a lean, fully remote team managing three direct-to-farmer seed brands: Hybrid85 (non-GMO corn), Cover Crop Exchange (cover crop seed), and Override Ag (glyphosate-tolerant corn). We bypass traditional dealer networks, focusing on direct sales and investing heavily in automation. We are profitable, growing, and seek individuals who take genuine ownership of their work.
What You'd Own
In peak seasons (February–April and August–November), your responsibilities will include:
- Front-line customer support and inbox management (addressing inquiries about order status, changes, and problem resolution).
- Shipping coordination (managing ship dates, tracking, freight status, and lost shipment follow-ups).
- Fulfillment troubleshooting with warehouses to resolve issues like short orders, mislabeling, or necessary redos.
- Chasing supplier and warehouse paperwork to ensure accurate records.
During calmer off-seasons, you will:
- Track team projects and to-dos to ensure timely completion.
- Handle recurring administrative and compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate occasional mailings.
- Assist in preparing for upcoming seasons.

We will provide industry-specific training. This is an email-first role, so strong writing and organizational skills are paramount.

- Automation Focus: We automate aggressively, and you will be key in identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
- Remote Work: Report directly to a founder. The Lincoln, NE office is optional; otherwise, work from your preferred location.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$100,000 (negotiable based on experience, potentially higher for the ideal candidate).
- Performance Bonus: Tied to peak-season outcomes.
- Healthcare Stipend: $1,000/month.
