The Role: Employee in Financial Accounting & HR Administration (m/f/d)
We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual for the Accounting and HR department. This role is ideal for someone who loves numbers, works meticulously, and enjoys administrative HR tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, posting, and booking current business transactions
- Processing accounts receivable and payable
- Executing payment runs
- Reviewing and booking bank and account statements
- Managing accounts receivable
- Preparing reports and statistics
- Supporting the filing, follow-up, and quality assurance of digital documents
- Assisting with year-end closing according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
- Supporting payroll-related topics
- Personnel administration, e.g., maintaining personnel files, creating employment contracts, references, and job descriptions
- Organizing the application management process
- Acting as a point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters
- Contributing to process optimization and digitalization in Accounting and HR
Your Qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in financial accounting
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Proficient DATEV knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally from a manufacturing company
- Confident handling of German VAT law
- Experience in international accounting
- Interest in HR administrative tasks
- High level of discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive data
- Structured, meticulous, and reliable work approach
- Friendly, service-oriented communication
- Proficient in MS Office
