Deine Aufgaben

As a Trainee COO Office & Operations (m/f/d), you will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer for 15 months, gaining unique insights into the management of a dynamically growing organization. You will support strategic and operational topics, participate in cross-departmental projects, and develop a deep understanding of our entire operations world – from project development to the operation of our battery storage systems.

  • Support our COO in daily operations, organizational, and strategic matters.
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, steering committees, and management appointments.
  • Create presentations, decision memos, status reports, and management updates.
  • Document and track measures, tasks, and open items.
  • Collaborate on cross-departmental projects to advance our Operations organization.
  • Analyze operational issues and prepare information for management decisions.
  • Support KPI reporting, operational reviews, and the development of processes and standards.
  • Work closely with our Development, Delivery, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Quality, and other corporate departments.

Dein Profil

  • Successfully completed or nearly completed university degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Economics, Business Law, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • First practical experience through internships, working student roles, or project work is beneficial.
  • Strong interest in operations, project management, and business contexts.
  • Structured, diligent, and independent work style.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly.
  • Organizational talent, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Professional demeanor and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
