Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben):

• Independently process and coordinate customer complaints related to securities and custody account business.
• Analyze and evaluate complaint details, considering technical, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
• Ensure comprehensive resolution of complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
• Identify sources of error, weaknesses, and recurring complaint patterns to support departments and process management in implementing improvements and optimizations for sustainable service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with evaluations, analyses, and reporting on complaint incidents and quality development.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation):

• Completed banking education or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, initial experience in the securities business.
• Excellent command of language, with the ability to articulate complex issues precisely, understandably, and appropriately for the audience.
• Initial experience with agree21 and WPdirect, along with strong IT affinity, is advantageous.
• A strong hands-on mentality, flexibility, and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
• Openness to innovation and a willingness to contribute own ideas.
• Reliability, responsibility, and strong social skills are fundamental to your work approach.
