The Opportunity: Outside Sales Representative

This role offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You'll have the opportunity to build your own book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success in a flourishing industry.

Compensation & Earnings:

  • Year 1 Target Earnings: Approximately $93,000 - $113,000, with potential for more through uncapped commissions and bonuses.
  • Year 2 Target Earnings: Approximately $125,000 - $144,000, with potential for more through uncapped commissions and bonuses.
  • Additional Compensation: Base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
  • Prospecting and cold calling business owners within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
  • Growing your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions.
  • Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
  • Building strong, lasting client relationships across diverse industries.
