About the Role

Join SupportYourApp as a Customer Support Consultant and become part of a dynamic, multilingual team. This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer interaction and are eager to grow their skills within a supportive, home-office environment.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay updated with evolving tools and technologies.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care and security.
  • Apply best practices in customer happiness.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support internal teams in resolving operational challenges.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (at least C1 level for speaking and writing).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Basic MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
