About the Role

We are building the future of Revenue Management with AI agents designed to increase revenue and reduce effort for short-term rental operators and independent hotels. We achieve this through deep private API integrations with major platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb.

This is a flexible Hybrid role based in London. You will be the second engineering hire, working closely with Martin. Your responsibilities will span the entire tech stack, including backend systems, React frontend, Chrome extensions, data pipelines, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering. You will be responsible for shipping full features end-to-end, embracing a rapid development cycle using Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools. If you're already adept at managing multiple PRs with AI assistance, you'll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• Previous startup or founder experience, demonstrating an understanding of building from scratch.
• Very strong proficiency in Python (Django/Celery) and React.
• Comfort across the full stack: backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data.
• AI agent development, prompt engineering, or data pipeline experience are strong pluses.
• Must be based in London or able to commute to our Canary Wharf office 2 days per week.
