The Good Creator Collective is a UGC creator network from The Good Influence, a social-first creative agency. We believe in matching creators carefully with brands, ensuring relevant briefs and offering creators the choice to accept work. We are not a marketplace but a curated network focused on building recurring relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce UGC-style video and photo content from brief, shooting and editing in your own space.
• Interpret brand tone accurately and translate it into content that feels native to the platform.
• Deliver to spec on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form formats, including hooks, pacing, and CTAs that drive action.
• Iterate based on feedback from our team and the brand.
• Hit deadlines and communicate clearly throughout.

Requirements

• Platform fluency: Understanding how platforms work, what stops the scroll, what converts, and how to create content that drives action.
• Craft: Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver to a brief while maintaining authenticity. Understanding of lighting, audio, and pacing.
• Professionalism: Ability to take direction, interpret brand tone, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
• Curiosity: Paying attention to what's performing across categories and testing new approaches.
• Nice to have: Existing portfolio of UGC work, experience producing content for specific verticals, comfort on-camera, and personal equipment (camera/phone, lighting, audio).
