This role is for a dynamic project team within the Defense and Nuclear sector.

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days of telework.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and Plan the Project: Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with contractual references (OBS, PBS, CBS). Implement and monitor baseline schedules (N1 to N4) using management tools (MS Project, Excel, ERP). Construct and formalize the baseline budget and the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) portfolio.
  • Pilot and Monitor Project Progress: Implement and track cost/schedule indicators and control dashboards. Analyze budget feedback and update estimates at completion. Ensure risk monitoring and corrective action coordination. Track charge evolution and resources in line with project needs. Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication for optimal decision-making.
  • Ensure Project Reporting and Communication: Produce tracking files, progress reports, and communication materials (presentations for project reviews). Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Close and Capitalize on Project Experience: Conduct project reviews in terms of costs, deadlines, and overall performance. Identify areas for improvement and propose optimizations for future projects.

Requirements

  • Graduated from an engineering school, ideally supplemented by project management training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, including PMO experience covering schedule, cost, resource, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera, Planisware, Sciforma, or MS Project.
  • Strategic vision and organizational skills: Ability to manage complex information flow while maintaining a global view and clarifying stakes.
  • Analytical and communication skills: Aptitude to challenge data and teams while maintaining clear and supportive exchanges.
