This role is for the European Customer Service team, strengthening the BeNeLux Customer Service team at the Turnhout location for the Label Packaging Materials division. Reporting to the Team Lead Customer Service BeNeLux & Nordics, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned business accounts, ensuring seamless operations and cross-border alignment. This is a hybrid position with teleworking opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact person for business customers regarding all matters related to label solutions, including order processing, pricing, and delivery date coordination.
  • Collaborate actively with field sales teams, logistics, and production to ensure seamless, high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in shaping and optimizing internal and external operational processes, including technical advice, sample shipping, and operational capacity planning.
  • Take independent ownership of managing, supporting, and strategically developing your assigned customer base.
  • Work cross-border with various international teams to build and maintain close, long-term relationships with customers across the Benelux countries.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training, a corresponding degree, or a similar qualification.
  • Professional experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally within an international environment or dealing with complex products.
  • Absolute fluency in both Dutch and English.
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to drive innovative projects forward.
