This role is within the Home Solutions team, covering Refrigeration, Laundry, Dishwashers, and Microwaves.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of product content across retailer PDPs, including image galleries, video, feature cards, and rich content.
• Manage the end-to-end launch of new products onto retailer sites and the Online Business Site.
• Maintain and optimize product listings across key accounts (Currys, AO, Argos, John Lewis, Marks Electrical, Appliance City).
• Produce regular reporting on NPI progress, review performance, and product visibility, surfacing actionable insights.
• Track product positioning, pricing, stock, and content quality across retailer sites, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in an eCommerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising role.
• Familiarity with major UK retail platforms (Argos, JLP, Currys, AO etc.).
• Confident managing content production end-to-end, including basic asset creation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear stakeholder reporting.
• A proactive self-starter who can identify and act on opportunities independently.
