We are seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join a national law firm. This role is part of the Tax and Legal department at Grafton.

Responsibilities

Lead and strategize complex judicial proceedings.
Manage complex civil and commercial litigation matters comprehensively.
Actively participate in national and international arbitration proceedings.
Coordinate and supervise junior lawyers and the team.
Liaise directly with national and international clients.
Attend commercial and client follow-up meetings.
Drive business development and identify commercial opportunities.

Requirements

Law Degree and Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
Minimum of 6 years of prior experience in law firms.
Proven knowledge and experience in national and international arbitration.
