We are launching a new, large-scale inbound customer service project for a well-known mobile provider focusing on prepaid services. This position is 100% remote and based within the EU (excluding Germany).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to prepaid products, tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical inquiries.
• Work within a professional project environment with dedicated points of contact.
• Flexible working hours within the project scope, allowing you to determine your schedule.
• Compensation based on hourly rate or productive minute (project model dependent).
• Work 100% remotely from your location within the EU (excluding Germany).

Requirements

• Freelancer/self-employed status in your country of residence.
• Residency outside of Germany.
• Ability to issue proper invoices according to your country's legal requirements to international clients.
• Fulfillment of tax obligations in your home country.
• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Experience in telephone customer service is advantageous.
• Independent and organized work style.
• Long-term interest in project participation.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s).
• Headset, dual monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC.
• Quiet, undisturbed home office workspace.
• Proficient in web-based tools.
