Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition with Structure: Targeted approach to potential customers, needs analysis, and guidance through our clearly defined sales process.
• Maintain Stable Customer Relationships: Clean support with transparent processes, fixed steps, and documented follow-ups.
• Implement Sales Processes: Adherence to standards, work with KPIs, and ensure no steps are missed.
• Take Team Responsibility: Close collaboration with the team, clear handovers, and orientation through fixed structures.

Requirements

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in consulting or agency environments.
• Enjoyment of goals, numbers, and the visible success of clear processes.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, structured execution, and independent action.
• Clear communication in German and English, factual, efficient, and direct.
• Leadership focused on structure and system, not just vision.
