This Inside Sales Representative (SER1) position is designed to drive revenue growth by engaging prospective suppliers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in SaaS sales, a solid understanding of the sales process, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in our Lehi Office.

Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand potential suppliers' needs and proactively address objections.
  • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo to enrich prospect information.

Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key points of contact and decision-makers.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with potential suppliers to advance the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure supplier satisfaction and retention.

Sales Execution

  • Conduct product walkthroughs and overcome objections during prospecting calls.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the team manager to align sales strategies with processes and ongoing training sessions.
  • Collaborate with team members.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Regular and predictive attendance is required.
  • This position requires travel to attend sales conferences, events, training sessions, and other travel as outlined by management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Talkdesk) and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback.
  • Regular and predictive attendance.
