Our mission is to simplify energy consumption management with intuitive, AI-driven software for everyone, helping energy providers and corporate clients reduce energy consumption and their CO2 footprint. We are part of the Hausheld Group since 2025, forming the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Applicant Management: Serve as the point of contact for applicants from application receipt to contract signing.
• Interviewer: Conduct selection and initial interviews with suitable candidates.
• Idea Generator: Research materials and instruments; support the creation and execution of training and workshops.
• Organizer: As part of the HR team, act as a contact person for employees, including team-building measures, onboarding & offboarding, contract & certificate creation, etc.
• Employer Branding: Identify suitable measures within university marketing to attract future employees.
• Personnel Development: Collaborate with your team to develop and realign personnel and leadership development.
• Your Own Project: Undertake your own project in the areas of recruiting, employer branding, or learning & development.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in business administration, psychology, or a comparable degree program with an HR focus.
• Possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a proactive, independent, and conscientious work style.
• Exhibit organizational talent and maintain an overview even with complex, time-critical tasks.
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills, along with mastery of standard MS Office applications.
• Ideally, have initial practical experience in HR or Learning & Development.
