Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers, document their needs, and create user stories and design documents.
• Develop prototypes to present to clients before development begins.
• Conduct demos of completed work and collect client feedback.
• Assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functionality.
• Train customers on new features and system usage.
• Assist with data imports and migrations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience working across multiple different Salesforce environments.
• Background working for smaller boutique agencies, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce (Admin, Developer, or Consultant experience).
• Proven client-facing experience, comfortable leading virtual meetings and building rapport.
• Ability to create documentation such as user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams.
• Must have daily overlap with US Eastern Time (typically until 2pm ET).
• This is a full-time contractor position.
