Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Steer and further develop paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), collaborate with external performance marketing support, develop keyword/campaign/audience strategies, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for SQLs, lead quality, and budget efficiency.
  • Conversion Tracking & Lead Generation: Define and develop conversion goals, conceptualize and optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys, ensure data privacy compliant lead capture, tracking, and routing, and build reports/dashboards.
  • Website & Online Experience: Enhance website content from marketing, user, and conversion perspectives, improve site structure, navigation, trust elements, CTAs, and conversion paths, and maintain/optimize content like images, FAQs, and references.
  • Brand & Creative Production: Develop and revise marketing copy, manage external designers/copywriters/freelancers, create or coordinate banners, ad creatives, presentations, infographics, PDFs, and social media assets, and ensure consistent brand language and tone.
  • Niche Media & Partner Ads: Research and evaluate niche media, industry portals, newsletters, associations, communities, and podcasts, plan and execute tests for banner ads, newsletter placements, sponsored content, and webinars, and coordinate copy, creatives, landing pages, and tracking for partner placements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, B2B Marketing, or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a startup.
  • Broad marketing responsibility, not just isolated channel management.
  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, especially Paid Search, B2B campaigns, keyword strategies, landing pages, and lead quality.
  • Experience with conversion optimization, lead generation, funnel analysis, tracking, and data-driven campaign management.
  • Proficient with marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, GA4, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
  • Good sense for target audiences, messaging, copywriting, and translating complex B2B topics into understandable communication.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external specialists.
  • Structured, self-directed, and pragmatic work approach with a focus on priorities, quality, and execution speed.
  • Ability to think in hypotheses, tests, learnings, and clear success criteria.
  • Optimization focus on qualified demand, SQLs, and business impact, not vanity metrics.
  • Fluent German language skills; good English skills.
