Lionflence is a company specializing in online marketing and management, with its headquarters in Mülheim an der Ruhr and an office in Berlin Spandau. We support companies in brand building and develop proprietary software systems. We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills and practical experience who is passionate about artist management and organization. We utilize in-house developed systems like Hiimia and our own management system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal talents.
• Support in the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Develop concepts and content formats together with talents and support them in their realization.
• Act as an interface between talents and our partners, planning their deployment and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Collaboratively help talents work future-oriented and create new opportunities beyond their artist roles.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or in a Digital, Social Media, or PR agency.
• Interest and feel for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
